Most likely a commercial sealer,not a wax,was applied.


The more I look at it, the more I think it was some type of sealer, but it
is all spotty and half worn off now.

I think I will be able to get it up with lot of scrubbing...

But then what do I do, Apply several coats of wax or try some type of
sealer?
