I don't get this. Our male cat just *has* to come in
while I'm having a ****. He flops down on the floor
and tries to attack my feet....
This is typical feline hunting behavior. Hang out near the water hole,
and attack when the prey is otherwise constrained not to move. Lions
and panthers do pretty much the same thing, only on a larger scale.
