This is just a guess, but I suspect those folks are
using some sort of two part mixture or similar exotic
mixture not generally available.

It probably has a UV cured finish that can not be
duplicated in a DIY situation.

That flooring may have a dozen coats or more of a
colored mixture that you have very little hope of
being able to produce.

This is another site that has some colors I like. The color is much
more even than what I've managed to do.
