Default Home Condition Reports abandoned

The idea is sound and right - a house MOT. That is the point. When you buy a
house you know you are not going into a crock that is going to cost you
£1000s a few years down the line. It should be looked at again and
implemented.

Have a look on the back of the MOT certificate and notice the line ' It
does not mean the the vehicle fully meets all legal requirments or that it
will continue to be roadworthy for the next year'.
