Is it just me that find wheelie bins noise-polluters?

Oddly enough, I saw a wheelie bin being used as a drum yesterday...

On its side on a pavement in Brighton, with a variety of other
percussion around, and a second person playing a disappointingly
normal bongo.

Inside the lid of one of my wheelie bins there's a "sound" sort of
logo and a mention of "99dB".

I suppose that should be dBA...

Strange you should mention that. The school's bins mention something
like 98 dB on them. These are the ones that are used for paper
re-cycling though.
