Default How do I repair a bent tree

I have a 3 or 4 year old weeping willow in my yard. It had a rough
start and was unable to support itself until late last year. As a
result of the many support items used, the tree got a cut in its bark
and created a "bend"
It is about 30 degrees sharply. I was wondering if there is some sort
of Splint or bracket which would straighten the trunk right where it is
needed. The whole tree is not bent, just a 2 foot section.
Any Suggestions?
Thanks
