Thanks Woodward. I suspect the belt is the problem with the one that
won't always turn. Is it a big deal to get at and replace it? I have
cleaned the roller path and all of the rollers themselves, have
switched out the roller platters, and nothing helps. The only thing I
haven't checked is the belt, and that's because I didn't know it was a
belt driven system. I'm pretty sure that's going to fix the one. I'm
not as optimistic as you are about the other one just being a grease
issue. It didn't look too bad when I had it apart but will check it
