Bending an eyebolt. . .

V-block below, eye bolt, bar stock sized for the radius you want, and a
hydraulic press. Go slow & easy and stay out of the trajectory for
when/if it snaps. You'll want to use mild bolts, this isn't a time for
something brittle.
