going through the boiler and being heated that it is not coming out a
reddish colour. I am going to be replacing my boiler soon, and dont
want to fit it with dirty stuff in the pipes, but dont want to be
flushing my pipes continuously if the boiler is the problem.

You need to make sure that the water from the filling loop is being forced
the 'long' way round to the drain point. This may entail closing
flow/return isolators on the boiler and/or it may not be possible with
your current setup. You then need to make sure the water is going through
the each radiator one at a time - the process should be audible.
