If you have noise in the signal content, there is no way to get rid of
it without cutting back in the resolution. If your cable TV service has
digital service, subscribe to the for digital TV service. They will
supply you a decoder box that you can use to feed your set directly.
This way, the only way you will have noisy pictures, is when they get
noisy feeds to begin with.

I am designing a simple board in which i want to improve the cable

signal and over coax cable connect it to TV
