I have a broken cup holder that has to be removed and a new one installed.
How is the old one removed? How is a new one installed?

I'm in a similar situation. Mine's broken, but I have all the pieces and
wonder if there's way to glue it back on, such that it'll stay there.

Lots of things will hold for a while, but I wonder if there something that
is reasonably permanent.
