Any suggestions on fixes?

Sorry, but all I can think of right now is the tellytubbies shouting
"run away !!!!"

Can they get the current owner to get a full structural survey and foot
the cost of any remedial work required ?

I wonder when the "house packs" become a legal requirement for
sellers...
