At the very least you should make a troubleshooting attempt at testing
the power supply diodes or bridge rectifier, the B+ filter caps and the
voltage regulator circuitry.... and always check the HOT and flyback
derived B+ lines..... report back with your component testing results
and voltage measurements.

plan to spend some time there looking over the wealth of
troubleshooting tips, component testing proceedures, repair FAQS and
important SAFETY information. If after reading through the website you
are still not certain how to proceed then you would be best advised to
TAKE your television to a service shop for, at the very least, a repair
cost estimate so you can make an intelligent repair decision with facts
instead of internet wild guesses.
