Hi,

My young cousin snapped the tap of a radiator (in a rented student
house)


As others have said - there's still part of the thermostatic control
fixed to the radiator - it's the large knurled bit on top of where the
plastic control head used to be...

Just a long shot - but if you take off the knurled bit, you _may_ just
find that it's possible to fit it back onto the thermostatic control
head - I have some like this and the plastic 'head' just clips into
the knurled ring.

If you can clip these two parts back together then you can simply
refit the control head onto the radiator - you need to turn it up to
'max' and make sure that the hexagonal sections on the valve and the
head line up - then tighten up the knurled ring...

....worth a try ..?
