I don't buy Dell out of principle now after their repeated non-existent
special offers.
I once actually phoned to order one from their mail shot, and ended up
in the Bombay sales centre who conveniently "lost" my order at the
special price.

Some Dell Offers can only be accessed by typing in the promotional
code into the web site or using the old fashioned telephone.
