Like the design of the human body, for a start. It's a complete bodge,
as you'd expect from something made from the parts bin each bodge
tottering on top of the previous one. A tidal-flow respiratory system! I
ask you, what a dumb move. Properly designed humans would have a
through-flow system like fish. Gills below your ribs would mean you
could have lungs about a third of the size of existing systems, leaving
more room for a properly orgainised digestive system.

And don't get me started on the immune system. Barely scrapes by from
day to day and has a wobble when badly challeneged. And as for the
spine....

Then there are (some) brains ...
