Default The Woodworking Channel?

I've even had it working with Firefox and mplayerplug-in under Linux - it
was a pleasant surprise how easy it was to set up. As others have said,
it
can be fuzzy when full screen, as for the audio, it's generally good for
me
though I sometimes hear a slight dull thumping/ticking in the background.

Thanks to Arch and Greg for bringing up the subject and providing the URL.

Works fine on the XP box, but nada on the Mac, even with

I emailed WWC about the video size as the original is too small for my sad
eyes and the full 21" screen was grainy. I suggested varying screen sizes.
I got a response in short time as follows:

Thank you for taking the time to send us your thoughts. We are starting
with the screen size you see so we can get a decent feed out to the most
people. As the channel matures we will incorporate more features that
will add to the functionality of the channel. Also as people's computer
systems evolve we will be able to start sending a more dense feed out
that will look better in a full screen atmosphere.

If you will bear with us we will upgrade features in a timely fashion
and not rush anything out that does not function properly.

Thanks again and stay in touch with any suggestions to make the channel
better.

If enough people make the suggestion it may lead to a quicker response from
WWC. All in all I really like the site. Problem is I catch myself sitting
watching the video instead of working......
