The difference in price depends on the type of snake they use for the oil
:-)

Can anyone recomend a fair price unit that will work. I'd rather spend
money on one that works that on a cheap ones that does sweet FA.


£45 'Permutit' phosphor dosing from B&Q, and clean any salt deposists
off the adapter connector when you change the cartridge.

And us a paper clip to poke out the venturi holes too.
