Yep and the Dumbocrats are good at calling things like elections before all the
votes are counted ). They still have over 90% of the munitions dumps to
inspect and 98% of the countryside. The evidence they were engaged in the
programs is clear from what they found already. Only the stage of their
progress is in doubt at this point.
