and so forth. Every pdf reader I have says there are errors in the
documents and will not open them.

Anyone have any luck with these?

I downloaded all of those except the power notcher, and several
others (including both turret punches), and all of them were no problem
to read or to print. (Other than using up quite a bit of paper in
total)

I was using xpdf to print them.

What means did you use to download them? If you used ftp, you
need to be sure to set it to "binary" mode before downloading, or it
will be trying to "fix" end-of-line sequences.
