Is it possible to bend a brass tube (it is called a 1/4" NPT brass

A pipe plug is too short to be bent. But a piece of 1/4" brass pipe
could be annealed and bent a small amount. It will deform to an oval
as it is bent and start closing. But I would think that you could get
up to 30 or 45 degrees or so of bend without it closing if it were
supported in close fitting "U" shaped support while it was bent.
