I rang Parcel force today and they said It was still with Screw fix?????

Same happened to me - it turned out to be Parcel Farce. They'd claimed
they'd tried to deliver it the previous day, but couldn't find my flat
(no one else has had a problem in the 18 months I've been here - it's
not difficult!).
