Stucco Problems & Building Envelop Issues
?
I used to have a stucco house that was built in 1907. The house was
painted only twice in 90 years. Stucco never leaked, moved, anything -
this was in the midwest. Stuff was thick though ! People telling you
that there is no way to build a stucco house that won't leak, are full
of ****. WHY would any house ever been built from stucco if that was
the case ?
I don't understand why this hasn't moved on to a legal stage, whether
arbitration or lawsuit.
Is the stucco company a contractor to you, or a sub to the company you
paid to build the house ? If you didn't contract directly then
wouldn't you go after the primary contractor (builder) ?
