from about £15 !!
Google for Avocet Hardware. You will find a replacement
mechanism (or even parts) there.
You might even get one locally from a hardware wholesaler or
Builders Merchant.

Are you referring to the cylinders or the lock bodies themselves, crap
cylinders are available from about £4.00.
