Does the video stabelize with input via the composite or component sources??
What kind of actual diagnostics have you tried to do, do you have the
correct service manual for the product and the necessary tools to do a
diagnostic? You may just have tuner realted issiues or a processor problem.
There is a reason you got the puppy for free!! Are the boards contimated
with debris or corrosioin?

I recently acquired a Sony KP53S25 projection TV for free. It has a

the sound but there are large bars from left to right across the screen.
