XG-100 (100Bottles/Hour) Automatic water bottling machine
This machine adopts PLC (programmed logic controlling) full automatic
operation. It is suitable for 3, 4, 5, 6 gallon PC or PET bottle
washing, filling and capping. For the modern water factory, it is maybe
the best machine.
The processing will be below:
1. Close the air creep age switch; the lights on controlling panel
will be blighting. This means the machine's power is connected and the
PLC begins working.
2. Put the "optional switch" to the "auto" conduction, and push button
of the switch "start-up", then the AC connector, which controls the
driving amplifying, begins to connect, the machine start working.
When the empty bottles insert the position and press down the empty
bottle inductor (the washing message and command will be sent out from
the inductor.)
The washing amplifying starts working. The chains and the bottle tray
will take the empty bottle into the washing working procedure. (Washing
includes two rinsing: one is dosing water (CLO2) washing and the other
is purified water washing).
For the time of the purified water washing, it is 15seconds and for the
dosing water washing it is 50 seconds.
When the driver takes the empty bottles and the indicator on the chain
to the orientation area, the sensor valve will send the command to stop
the driver and in the same time the washing pumps will start and the
washing begins (The time can be set by the PLC).
After washing, the conveyer will take the cleaned bottle to the bottle
tray, and the bottle pusher will start working. It will push the bottle
to the position of the filling heads, make sure the filling heads aim
at the bottle correctly and fill the water into the bottle. How much
the water will be filled into the bottle will depend on the PLC
controlling. If you set the PLC to the default, then the filled water
will exactly fulfill the 5 gallon (18.9liter) bottle.
After fulfill the bottle, PLC will send the message to stop the filling
valve and the filling process finishes. The latter bottle will push the
foregoing bottle, which is filled, by water to the capping area. The
capping heads will bring the bottle cap on the bottle and press it onto
the bottle. After the water fulfills the latter bottle, it will push
the foregoing bottle to the conveyer and one cycle of washing, filling
and capping process finishes.
