I've been reading Twain's "Roughing It" and his opinion of
the legal system, as stated in the book, are still right on
target. People with experience, and brains, and common
sense are kept OFF juries. The fact that the jury in this
case found for the plaintiff isn't proof that the defendant
was wrong; it's proof that the system is broken.

There's the problem techies have relating to lawyers:

Impartiality # Ignorance.


No, the problem we have is that to lawyers the law is not about justice but
is instead has become a game.
