I spoke to the contractor yesterda, and he got pretty upset. (I know he was
more upset at himself than at me). But he agreed to repair it.

He even called today and apologized for getting mad. He said he was
frustrated that he would have made such an error.

He'll be here tomorrow for the repairs.

I'm happy.
