Default Good books or sites on TIG welding?

I haven't seen this old Linde Heliarc manual suggested yet,
so here is the link:

I'm no TIG guru, so I can't say if it is all that useful. It
is a bit dated, "copyright 1959 by Union Carbide" shrug. I
stumbled upon it looking for something else...
