Well, the poor can always do what the rich did.

Start their own business, risk everything they own, and hope they
don't go belly up.

Or, they can sit around and whine and ask Uncle Sugar to save

Problem is defining "the rich." One hint -- it is not the amount
of money you have.

For example, Sam Walton was never "rich" in his attitude towards
people. His successors, although they may have less money, are
"rich" and show it in the way they treat people.

I know several people who drive old pick-up trucks and put their
pants on one leg at a time, who I would trust with everything I
have. They just happen to have money. I wouldn't trust their
kids as far as I could pick up ther Hum-Vees with my left hand.
