You mean, tipically, drywall and hire it out?


I think he meant typically, driveway, and hire that out, but it's open
to interpretation.

To the OP: A house being 40% under market value because of the siding?
For that big of a savings a lot of people would learn to love it.

That type of construction with the inset clinker brick or stone can be
very nice. It can also be done poorly. It's not clear if it's your
personal opinion on the masonry or if it's an eyesore. Let's see a
picture.
