Aw 'comeon gunner. It wasn't like he tried to *murder* them

You know that's a *GREAT* idea !!! At least for DUI cases. You're
absolutely right. Mobility is very important to an individual today
and losing your license can really mess things up for you. The
motorcycle only license would put the fear of God into the individual
contemplating drinking and driving in addition to reducing the
potential damage if he chooses to do so.
