I believe a cubic foot of helium will lift about 28.2 grams. Multiply
the volume times 28 and divide by 448 g/lb.
A 10' diameter weather balloon will lift about 32 pounds.

Anyone know offhand without going to too much trouble, what is the ratio
for volume of helium to lbs force against gravity ?
