Locked out

We have mislaid our keys for our back door and are now unable to open
it. Is it
worth trying to fix this yourself by drilling it out or
something? And if so how do
you go about it. It is a Yale Euro
Cylinder with a key hole on both sides. I
checked a locksmith and they
quoted £80 which is a shame when I'm sure the
key will turn up
anytime.
Thanks

Yale is cheap **** so would not be much of a challenge but I'm sorry I don't
think it is the responsible thing to do to tell you how to break it on an open
forum. OTOH, if you are resourceful and a true DIYer then you should be
able to work out how to open it from looking at exploded diagrams of the
workings on the internet.
Otherwise, pay the guy :-/
