Yeah, I got basically the same response. I ended up order anyway and I
must say,
it's a great fence. In terms of support down the road, yeah, that worries
me a bit but
given the simpleness of their fence, I wouldn't think I'd need much.

It is difficult to believe an outfit like this can compete successfully. I
would definitely not expect an enthusiastic response from them if I ever
needed support from them.

Other bad experiences with Vega customer service have been documented on
the newsgroup but until you experience it yourself, it is difficult to
imagine.

Before you buy a Vega product, give the system a try. Maybe you'll have
better luck.
