Don't know about Bisley specifically - but with most filing cabinets, you
slide the drawers out as far as they will move on their slides and then
lift
them slightly at the front to disengage the slides.

Or some of them have a hole in the slider that you poke through to disengage
the barb that stops them coming all the way out
