If you're smart enough to go HIRE YOUR OWN INSPECTOR - AND PAY
THEM - , then THEY WORK FOR YOU, THEY REPORT TO YOU, period.

If you're dumb enough to simply accept 'the inspection that
comes bundled with the deal' from your agent, then you get what you
get - THEIR INSPECTOR.
