Ahh ... no, that never gets in the way of anything as it is under, and does
not extend past, either side of the slide assembly.

Very easy, and takes about 30 seconds, to move the Uni-Fence to the opposite
side, less if you do it often. But IME, there is rarely a need to do so.

So rare, AAMOF, that I can't remember the last time I _needed_ to do it.
