Neighbor spotted "vise with dog" on my shopping list and became quite
inquisitive! "Just WHAT does this mean?" she blurted.

I'm not sure I want to read about a "vice" that you have that involves
a dog. You may want to a more conventional one like smoking, drinking
or gambling. There's less chance of getting bit.
