Default WTB 3-ph meter socket

I'm in need of a 3-ph meter socket/base
outdoor underground 220-440 V 200 amp..
For a 15 hp motor.

Or a good source of one oneline that will sell
to a non electrician civilian.

You should be able to pick one up at any of your local wholesale electrical
houses. Like maybe GE Supply (GESCO), Graybar, Wesco, CED, etc.

You will need to be specific as to what type you need. There are least a
couple of different 3-phase meter types possible given your description. If
you have the meter on hand, that will determine the socket type and what
instrument transformers(if any) are needed.
