I've bought a few subscriptions (including Wood) on eBay and all
worked out well but all took right at 3 months to start which is the
limit on feedback. Haven't looked at his auction but I doubt any of
his customers have started receiving subscriptions in a month.

I've been waiting 15 weeks for WW Journal.

Have you written the seller? I had to follow up on one but he took
care of it - somebody had overlooked some of the paperwork.
