The term "single phasing" is often used when one leg of the three phase feed
is out. The motor will turn, but slower and with little power.

What you need is a three-phase to single-phase converter.
This allows a 3-phase motor to be run on household current.

DAGS - there has been a lot of discussion on this in the past and you will
find a great deal of useful information in the archives. Probably answer
every question you have.
