"Measure Twice, Cut Once: Lessons from a Master Carpenter" by Norm Abraham
Great book. If you haven't yet read it, I recommend it. It's an
interesting read for anyone who likes woodworking/carpentry. He talks about how he got into carpentry, working with his dad at a construction company doing remodels then later new construction, the tools he carried and now carries in his carpenter's toolbox, his mechanic's toolbox, etc.. Then he talks about various carpentry tools and what types of these tools he uses. http://www.newyankee.com/nyw_yankees.php?do=nostate The New Yankee Workshop's website has a lot of great pictures of projects that people have built after seeing Norm build them on the New Yankee Workshop. Most of you probably have seen this website before. ----== Posted via Newsfeeds.Com - Unlimited-Unrestricted-Secure Usenet News==---- http://www.newsfeeds.com The #1 Newsgroup Service in the World! 120,000+ Newsgroups ----= East and West-Coast Server Farms - Total Privacy via Encryption =---- |
