I have read different (and conflicting) information. PC 895 router
with Whiteside double fluted 3/4" bit. Material is MDF and depth is 1/4". What would you recommend for router speed? What would you recommend for depth (i.e. number of passes)? Thanks. |

New cutter for that material & router, 1/4"/pass ok at max RPM.
Want max life from that cutter? Use a plunger; take an 1/8th/pass. http://www.patwarner.com (Routers) ************************************************** ********** DSNail wrote: I have read different (and conflicting) information.
