This is an older building and remodel.
The place inside was really bad, and the outside similar.
All new wiring, plumbing, heating, handicap accessible, painting, sheet
rock, bathroom, floors, kitchen area, new cabinets, counters......etc.

Nice! It was kind of dated and dumpy looking and certainly looks appealing
now. Any interior shots?

Not really. Did lots of work in the old building.....
tight quarters and small.

Looks great now! Was there a hillside on the right side? It looks like
the plants were growing up a hill. Or maybe just really thick. Are you
able to reuse the shrubbery and plants elsewhere?

A real scrubby area, and a cat haven, etc.
The plants were thinned, and new planting made.
