This is what I can give you about the 32MM system.

It's based on vertical panels with holes drilled 32mm

apart down the length of the verticals.

The spacing from the leading edge is the most important one.

On the 14" - 24" panels we use, The first hole is drilled

37 1/2 to 38MM from the front edge. (The next row back is 225MM

from the front on the 14" panels)and measured from the back end it's 95MM

as I measure it,, could be 96MM and I was off a little.

on the center of the holes. (The 18" panels are drilled at 95MM from the
back end also)

When going to the 24" verticals, the spacing at the rear changes.

The holes are drilled with 5MM bits.

Different size drawer slides will take different measurements, but all seem
to

reference from the front measurement of 38MM to center of the leading hole.

At least all that we use. I would guess looking at the specs for the Blum
slides

will give the measurements you would want for the back holes, or drill them
as you

want.

The doors are all drilled with 35MM cup holes with a 5MM space between the
leading edge of

the door to the edge of the cup hole, or 22.5MM to center of the forstner
bit from the leading edge.

The drilled distance from the top and bottom edge is

the same, allowing the door to be placed either left or right, Which equates
to 3 1/8" to center

of drilled hole down. This allows the hinge plate to be mounted on the side
panel at the 3rd and 4th

hole down.

MM wise, measurements are from the top down on the door, 61MM to the edge of
the drilled cup

35MM hole, still from the end it's 78.5mm to the center point, and 96MM to
the end of the cup hole.

We only use 3/4" melamine for shelving and verticals. So anything we cut to
length is cut so there is

3/8" or 10MM space from the end of the panel to the center of the remaining
hole. This spacing allows the

end shelves to be flush with the top or bottom. Any other size would be
measured and cut accordingly

I should have taken a measurement on the door reveal, but I forgot to
measure it. I think off hand it is

about 1/4" top and bottom.
