Why doesn't Somebody Here Make a Free Chisel Sharpening Movie Clip
Seeing we have so much good expertise here, Why doesn't someone make a short
30 second video on freehand sharpening of a spindle gouge, skew, etc. I think it would an invaluable clip for us learning to freehand sharpen. "A movie is worth a thousand pictures" Probably would take almost no time at all to make and that person would certainly be a hero to many of us. -Just a Thought! |

Although it's not a "movie", it'll give you an idea of the motions involved in the grinding process. Watch the wrap! Tom Work at your leisure! |
Here's some and more to come as they are transferred to the new site format

This is exactly what I was talking about.... Your short clips are really

We make a free video on tool sharpening using our affordable jig. As a
woodturner now for 30yrs I have to admit that my sharpening ability has diminished with my faculties. Now I would not sharpen without a jig, its too easy.
