Not sure about these. They look about identical to the Harbor Freight HSS turning set. Those are on sale for about $50 usually. Regular price a bit higher. Several spindle gouges, roughing gouge, skews, parting tool, and a couple scrapers. Same as the Freud set shown.

well hf is expert at making things that look like tools

would be surprised if freud just put their name on something they
did not have a hand in making
