It is tools like these that discourage wanna be woodworkers... Which is why
my sons used my L-N saws, planes, spoke shaves, etc. since they were young
children... I even bought an L-N No 5 specifically for their use and
sharpened it as a smoother/jointer as they struggled to handle the size and
weight of the L-N No 7. The No 5 turned out to be my favorite!
