China :) But you need to buy in quantity. So your first decision is how
many 1,10,100,1000 etc.

Like Jack, I have had good luck with Berea. Good service, good kits.

Also, I have used crafts supplies for years:

While you shouldn't need to buy a new mandrel, make sure you buy new
bushings with the kits. Many kits offered from manufacturers look the
same, but aren't close enough to use parts universally.

If you are interested in close tolerances, use the bushings from each
vendor and keep them separate from one another in a zip lock back or
similar.

http://www.woodturningz.com They carry PSI's full line, a bit cheaper,
with Flat Rate shipping of anything that will fit in the small box,
($4.95 shipping minimum instead of $7.50 - makes a difference when you
place a lot of $20-30 orders) and they tend to ship faster than PSI too.
I've placed orders with WT and PSI within minutes of each other, and had
the WT order in hand before PSI shipped theirs.

You will need to call them for anything not listed on their website.
They can look it up by PSI part number or by name, and they don't waste
your time with a sales pitch; just take your order, get your payment
info, and get to packing it up.
